Terms of Sales
These general terms and conditions of sale are intended to inform about the terms and conditions under which the vendor sells and delivers the products ordered but also to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the sale of products by the vendor to the consumer. These terms and conditions apply, without restriction or reservations, to all sales by Renophase laboratories of the products offered on its website.

Any order placed for a product appearing in the online shop on the site www.renophase.fr supposes the consultation and the prior adhesion without restriction nor reserves of the present general conditions of sale, without that this acceptance is conditioned by a handwritten signature from the Buyer. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations relating to the electronic signature, it should be noted that the validation of the order form as specified in these general conditions of sale constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature and is proof of the order and of the due payment of the sums due in execution of the said order.
The Buyer prior to their order, declares that:
- they are purchasing products on the Renophase laboratories’ website which will not be used for any professional activity and is strictly limited to personal use ;
- The Customer states that they have full legal capacity to commit under these Terms and Conditions.
Renophase laboratories reserve the right to modify the present general conditions of sale at any time.
The sales prices of the products on www.renophase.fr are indicated in euros (€) and are valid in France, Corsica and Monaco. They take VAT into account and are subject to stock availability of products.
Prices do not include postage and packing. Shipping costs will be indicated before the order is confirmed.
Renophase Laboratories reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order was confirmed.
You have the opportunity to give your opinion and to recommend each product. You can also read the reviews and recommendations of other users. The opinions and recommendations expressed for each Product correspond to the average of the scores and the recommendations of Internet users who have answered each question and correspond only to the latter. These notices and recommendations can, under no circumstances, constitute a contractual element on the part of the Vendor.
The stars on the Site next to the Products represent the average of the ratings, at any given moment, left by the people who have given their opinion on our Site about this Product. They are therefore likely to change every day.

Once your order is entered on the website www.renophase.fr, a confirmation email will be sent to you and your order confirmed. You must have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions before placing your order. The validation of your order implies acceptance of its General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Payment can be made in two ways:
- online: on the website or via the PayPal payment platform, by VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD bank cards accepted in France, indicating the card number, without space, its expiration date, and its control code (visual cryptogram), which ensures the security of this type of payment. Renophase Laboratories uses all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted on the web. As such, the e-Store on Renophase.fr uses a secure payment module, namely an SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
- by bank cheque: in euros, from a bank located in France or Monaco. The payment of the cheque is made upon receipt. You have a period of 7 days to send us your cheque, during this period your order is reserved for you. After this time, your order will be cancelled. Moreover, it should be noted that the shipment of the order will be carried out within 8 days after cashing your cheque, subject to provisions.
Moreover, the ownership of the Products ordered will be transferred to the Buyer only after the full payment of their order, including the delivery costs.
Renophase Laboratories reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the Buyer, total or partial non-payment of a previous order by the Buyer and/or refusal of authorization to pay the banking organizations. Renophase Laboratories does not take responsibility under any circumstances.
RENOPHASE Laboratories will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within 4 working days from the day following the validation of your order by telephone or after receipt of your payment by cheque or money order.
In case of unavailability of one of the Products, you will be informed at the latest the day after your validation and your order will be delivered to you within a maximum delay of 10 days.
For information, the Products will be forwarded by the usual postal services or by a carrier and delivered upon signature. The Products ordered will be delivered to France, Corsica and Monaco, to the address indicated on your order form. For any delivery in another country in Europe or the rest of the world, please consult us for the procedure to follow.
Tracking your order
You can follow the processing of your order under your customer account on the Renophase.fr e-Boutique, to our services either by e-mail addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at 05 56 12 15 80, from 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday.
Renophase Laboratories therefore accepts no responsibility in case of excessive delivery time due to postal services or means of transport, as well as in case of loss of the Products ordered or strike action. However, in the event of a delay in delivery within eight working days of the indicated shipment date, we invite you to report this delay by contacting our Customer Service by telephone on 05 56 12 15 80 from 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday or by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. We will then contact the Post Office or the carrier for an investigation. For information, this survey conducted by the postal services can take up to 21 working days from the opening of the inquiry.
If during this period, the product is found, it will be redirected as soon as possible to your home. If, however, the product is still not located at the end of the investigation period, the Post Office or the carrier will consider the parcel as lost.
At the end of the investigation, if the product is considered lost, we will return a replacement product to you, at our expense. If the ordered product (s) were no longer available, you will be able to obtain a refund of the products concerned by the confirmed loss report of the post office or the carrier.
Anomaly or spoliation
Transport risks are borne by the customer, who must make a justified complaint to the postal services or to the carrier, within three working days of delivery.
If the package arrives open and/or damaged (especially with the presence of yellow tape “La Poste”) you can either accept it or refuse it.
If you decide to accept the merchandise, you should pay attention to:
– reporting “handwritten reserves” by signing the factor beside it, and simultaneously complete a “statement of anomaly” at the Post Office. This form must also be sent to us so that we can start an investigation and initiate a compensation procedure, if necessary.
If you prefer to refuse the merchandise, you must:
– enter “handwritten reservations” by signing the factor next to it, and ask the carrier that the parcel be returned to us, accompanied by a “report of spoliation” (in a preventive way, we advise you to keep a copy of this form) and to notify us by contacting our Customer Service by phone at 05 56 12 15 80 from 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday or by sending an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
This being so, despite the care taken by RENOPHASE Laboratories in the preparation of the packages, validated by quality controls, a product may be lost or broken during transport. Therefore, upon receipt of your order, you will verify the conformity of the products received, provided that this defect is not attributable to the transport. Any anomalies concerning delivery (missing or broken product) must be notified, on the same day of receipt or at the latest on the first working day following receipt, to the customer service of Renophase Laboratories, by mail addressed to RENOPHASE LABORATORIES – Customer services – 12 chemin de la briqueterie – 33610 Canéjan , or by e-mail to email@example.com, or by telephone at 05 56 12 15 80 from 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday or by fax 05 56 98 53 80. Renophase Laboratories reserves the right to ask you to return the defective Product.
If the aforementioned conditions are met, Renophase Laboratories will replace the Product (s) identically or refund you, within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt by Renophase Laboratories of the package. In the case of reimbursement, the amount reimbursed relates to the sums paid, including the costs of sending reimbursed based on the invoiced tariff.
6. Satisfied, exchanged or refunded
Pursuant to Articles L.121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties with the exception, of the return costs. The fourteen-day period runs from the date of receipt of your order.
Any returns must be the subject of an agreement by the laboratory. After acceptance, the return address will be given to you. The Products must be in their original sealed condition, complete (packaging, accessories, notice …), and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the client will not be taken back If the aforementioned conditions are met, Renophase Laboratories will be able to process either the exchange or the refund of the Product (s) according to your request:
- In the case of an exchange, if the amount of the Product(s) ordered is greater, you will have to attach payment of the additional amount. Conversely, if the amount of the exchange is less than the initial amount, you will receive a credit of the difference. The maximum processing time is thirty (30) days from the date of receipt by Renophase Laboratories of the package.
- In the case of a refund request, the maximum reimbursement period is thirty (30) days from the date of receipt by Renophase Laboratories of the package. The reimbursement only includes the sums paid and shipping costs, you must pay any return charges.

Personal information collected in the context of distance selling is necessary to process and deliver orders as well as for prepare the invoices. The Customer is informed that the automated processing of information has been declared to the CNIL (French Information Commissioner’s Office) with the number 1260634. The fulfilment of the obligations of the vendor at the end of the present contract is suspended in the event of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure which would prevent its execution. The vendor shall notify the customer of the occurrence of such an event as soon as possible.
9. Amending or Cancelling the contract
Should any of the provisions of this Agreement be cancelled, such cancelation shall not result in the invalidity of any other provisions which shall remain in force between the parties. Any modification of the contract is valid only after a written agreement is signed by the parties.
10. Governing Law:
The present General Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
