We must love, respect and maintain the health of our skin, because it protects us. It is a portal of vital exchanges between the interior and the exterior.

Don't they say that the skin is a reflection of the soul?

Indeed, a whole intelligent and subtle organisation regulates its appearance, its defences, its detoxification, its renewal, the multiplication and functioning of cells and its hydration.

Everything is interconnected and intercellular communication governs biological life. Energy regulates the function of cells, and therefore the renewal of skin tissue.
